Work That Matters: Midlife and Menopause Care
Most spas treat every client the same regardless of age or hormones. We don't. Our founder, Sinead Norenius, built InnoVitale Spa around a gap she lived through herself: early perimenopause with no clinical guidance and no one talking honestly about what was happening to her skin and her body. That led her to create the Meno "Pause" Facial®, a federally registered, founder-developed protocol built specifically for perimenopausal and menopausal skin, the only one of its kind currently available in the U.S.
For massage therapists, that same approach shapes how we train and how we talk to clients. You're working with women navigating a life stage the wellness industry has mostly ignored, and you'll understand what's actually happening in their bodies so your work speaks to that directly. We are getting ready to launch our Meno “Pause” Body Treatments® which will be a unique way to approach women navigating this transitional time in their lives.
Early in her career, Sinead spent years as a platform educator for luxury spa and resort brands like True Cosmetics, St. Tropez Tan and Yon-Ka Paris, training estheticians and massage therapists in luxury resorts and spas across the country, including Mexico and Hawaii. She's spent her career teaching this work at a high level, and now she's building an incredible team here in St. Pete, FL.

Pay is generous, you earn commission on retail products and on memberships and we run quarterly retention bonuses on top of that! Combine that with a spa that's already bringing in hundreds of new clients a month, and your income has real room to grow the longer you stay. It’s never capped.
