Appointment Booking and Cancellations

At InnoVitale Spa, each appointment is individually reserved for you. When a person cancels last minute, it isn’t just an opening in the calendar - it’s lost income for a therapist who earns their living through hands-on care and gratuities, and a missed opportunity for another guest who may be seeking relief or rejuvenation at that time. Thank you for helping us protect our team’s time and sustain the level of personalized service you expect from a locally owned, boutique spa.

Credit-Card Guarantee

To confirm any reservation (including those to be paid with gift cards, membership credits, or packages), a valid credit card is required.

  • Your card is not charged at booking.
  • It will only be charged if the policy above is violated.
  • At checkout, you may use any payment method; please have the physical card or digital wallet available.

For group bookings of three (3) or more guests or services over $450, a 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointments. This deposit secures dedicated staff, rooms, and resources for your group and is applied toward your services on the day of your visit. The remaining balance is due at checkout.

No-Shows & Same-Day Bookings:
Appointments made within the notice window (same day/within 24 hours) fall under the same policy. If you reserve and then do not arrive, or cancel after booking, you will be charged in full, as our team cannot rebook that time.

Late Arrivals: Please plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow for check-in, use the bathroom, grab a glass of water, and take a calming breath before your service begins! Arriving late will shorten your treatment time out of respect for the next guest; however your full service fee still applies.

Spa Environment: To maintain a serene environment, we kindly request that you silence your cell phone and speak quietly. InnoVitale Spa is an adult-oriented facility; guests must be 18 years or older. Younger clients (16-17 years) may receive select services when accompanied by a guardian. 

Health and Safety: Your health and well-being are our top priorities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs when booking your appointment. This information will help us tailor your treatments for optimal results and safety. If you are sick we ask that you stay home so as not to infect our team and other guests. 

Personal Belongings: Please leave all valuables at home. InnoVitale Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Payments: We accept debit, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash and Zelle. Please note credit cards to incur a 2.9% credit card fee. 

Gratuity: 
Gratuity is not included in the service price but is always appreciated by our therapists who depend on gratuity for the great services they provide as part of their income/wages. A 20% gratuity is customary and can be added to your form of payment when you check out. 

Acknowledgement: Booking an appointment with InnoVitale Spa constitutes your agreement with these terms. We appreciate your partnership in honoring the craft and livelihood of our therapists and the wellness journey of every guest.

Refunds and Exchanges: Select skincare retail products can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. (Jewelry, candles and gift items are final sale) We do not offer cash refunds. We do not provide refunds for gift cards or packages. For any service dissatisfaction, please notify us within two days of your appointment so we can discuss and offer any solutions. 

Children:  For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services and accompanied by an adult or guardian who remains in the treatment room and are not left unattended or disruptive to other guests. 

Pets: Pets are not permitted in the spa at any time, except for service animals which need to be clearly marked. Emotional support animals are not permitted. 

Gift Cards and Certificates: Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used for services and retail products. They are not redeemable for cash, can not be refunded and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. 

Customer Rights and Responsibilities

As an InnoVitale Spa guest, you have the right to:

  • A clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Stop a treatment at any time for any reason.
  • Confidential treatment of your health information.
  • Be treated with consideration, dignity, and respect.
  • Ask questions about your spa experience

As an InnoVitale Spa guest, it is your responsibility to:

  • Communicate your preferences, expectations, and concerns.
  • Provide complete and accurate health information.
  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
  • Adhere to the spa's policies and procedures.

Additional Information

Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Complimentary tea and spa water and light snacks are available.

Accessibility: Our facility is handicap accessible. Please inform us of any special requirements when booking your appointment.
