InnoVitale Spa Policies and Procedures

Welcome! Our goal is to provide you with a luxurious, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience. To ensure the best possible service for all our guests, we have established the following policies and procedures. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Appointment Booking and Cancellations

Booking: We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist. A credit card is required to hold your reservation.

Cancellations: Your appointment is reserved especially for you so we ask that you please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or reschedules past the 24 hour window will result in being charged 50% of the service cost. For same day cancellations and no-shows you will be charged 100% of the service or services scheduled. 

Arrival and Punctuality: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next guest. 

Spa Environment: To maintain a serene environment, we kindly request that you silence your cell phones and speak quietly. InnoVitale Spa is an adult-oriented facility; guests must be 18 years or older. Younger clients (16-17 years) may receive select services when accompanied by a guardian. 

Health and Safety: Your health and well-being are our top priorities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs when booking your appointment. This information will help us tailor your treatments for optimal results and safety. 

Personal Belongings: Please leave all valuables at home. InnoVitale Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Payments and Gratuity: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay and cash. Gratuity is not included in the service price but is always appreciated by our therapists. A 20% gratuity is customary and can be added to your credit card or given in cash.

Refunds and Exchanges: Retail products can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. We do not offer cash refunds. For any service dissatisfaction, please notify us within two days of your appointment so we can discuss and offer any solutions. 

Children and Pets:  For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services and accompanied by an adult. Pets are not permitted, except for service animals. 

Gift Cards and Certificates: Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used for services and retail products. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. 

Customer Rights and Responsibilities

As an InnoVitale Spa guest, you have the right to:

  • A clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Stop a treatment at any time for any reason.
  • Confidential treatment of your health information.
  • Be treated with consideration, dignity, and respect.
  • Ask questions about your spa experience

As an InnoVitale Spa guest, it is your responsibility to:

  • Communicate your preferences, expectations, and concerns.
  • Provide complete and accurate health information.
  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
  • Adhere to the spa's policies and procedures.

Additional Information

Service Animals and Pets: Only trained service animals are allowed in the spa.

Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Complimentary coffee, tea and spa water and light snacks are available.

Accessibility: Our facility is handicap accessible. Please inform us of any special requirements when booking your appointment.
