Sinead started her career in the beauty industry as a paramedical aesthetician working for a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Southern California before going on to work for some of the most prestigious brands in the world including Powerpeel, Yon-Ka Paris, St. Tropez Tan, and more. In 2008, Sinead founded her own skincare company, Beautisol, distributed on HSN - the Home Shopping Network, and in spas and salons nationwide. Sinead also founded iFabbo, an influencer marketing and technology platform. After both companies were acquired, she went into the technology industry as a Product Management Executive leading global product development teams within billion-dollar SaaS companies. However, she yearned to return to the beauty and wellness industry where her true passion lies in helping individuals look and feel their best. 

After experiencing a painful and confusing time of early Perimenopause and a devasting diagnosis of Stage 2 malignant melanoma, Sinead’s personal life mission became to help one million+ women take on, enjoy, and thrive in midlife and menopause.  She is determined to share her experience and knowledge helping women through the ups and downs of that period with grace, grit, and a lot of humor. InnoVitale Spa provides a facility and haven for just that - with new, cutting-edge technologies and treatments that address the whole body so no woman feels alone or unsupported. InnoVitale Spa is more than a spa, it’s a community 

As part of her mission, Sinead is the host of the “Power Pause Podcast” releasing soon, focusing on four main pillars; midlife, menopause, money, and mindfulness. Sinead advises Statusphere, an influencer marketing company, and Belle.ai an Artificial Intelligence company that provides access to skin health and skin cancer diagnosis. She is also the Co-Chair of the St. Petersburg chapter of Women In Tech and Entrepreneurship and is very active in the local community.   

As an entrepreneur herself, Nayla has been a cornerstone in the St. Petersburg community as the owner of Pia's Esthetics for the past 20 years until she joined InnoVitale Spa in July 2024. 

Known as the “Brazilian and Manzilian Waxing Queen”, Nayla has clients travel from all over the Tampa Bay Area and beyond to see her.  Her bubbly and upbeat personality, coupled with her professional expertise, has earned her a huge, and viciously faithful clientele! 

Nayla holds a full specialist license and is a Dermalogica expert, having received numerous certifications at their Orlando training facility. Her passion for continuous learning and dedication to excellence shines through in her work.

What Nayla loves most about her job is interacting with her clients and constantly learning new things. Her expertise in waxing, especially Brazilian and Manzilian waxing, has earned her a stellar reputation.

Nayla’s proudest accomplishment is her family. She credits their unwavering support for her success and believes that their strength and unity have helped her achieve great things.

Outside of work, Nayla enjoys the beach, dancing, and singing. Zumba is one of her favorite gym classes, and she also loves spending time with her dog.

Tazla is a dedicated and passionate esthetician with a rich background in the beauty industry. She holds an associate's degree in paramedical skin care from The College of Natural Health and brings over 13 years of experience to her practice.

Tazla is both PCA product certified and Dermalogica certified, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every treatment.

Tazla's true passion lies in making her clients happy and helping them achieve their skin goals. Her favorite service is waxing, but she also excels in result-oriented facials and peels. Tazla enjoys working on a cellular level to transform the texture of the skin, combat dark spots and melasma, and enhance a person's overall glow.

Outside of work, Tazla enjoys practicing yoga, going to the gym, and relaxing by the pool. An avid animal lover, she shares her home with four cats.

Meet Katie Hernandez, one of our passionate estheticians who has been bringing beauty and confidence to clients for over 13 years with most of her experience at Pia's Esthetics before joining InnoVitale Spa. Katie’s journey in the beauty industry began in high school where she fell in love with cosmetology. After college, she went on to earn her full specialist license from Aveda and has continued to expand her expertise ever since.

Katie is a certified Dermalogica expert and has additional training in spray tanning and massage, enhancing her ability to deliver top-notch facials. Her favorite part of the job is the human connection she builds with her clients. She thrives on supporting women and making them feel beautiful and confident.

Katie’s skill set is diverse, but she shines brightest when performing waxing services, especially Brazilians! Her years of experience have made her a master in this area, capable of handling any hair type with ease. She also loves Dermaplaning for the immediate glow it gives her clients and finds joy in the refreshing energy exchange that comes with giving a relaxing facial.

Outside of work, Katie is a proud mom and wife who cherishes the relationships she has built with her family, friends, and clients. She’s an avid reader, particularly fond of murder mysteries, and loves spending time at the public library. Her family keeps her busy with activities like swimming at the pool, visiting the beach, or cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays..

Gabby Cabrera brings a unique blend of skincare and massage therapy expertise to InnoVitale Spa, driven by a deep personal journey and a passion for holistic wellness. Her fascination with skincare began at 23 when she developed severe cystic acne, transforming a challenging experience into a dedicated pursuit of knowledge and solutions. Gabby’s commitment to understanding and treating skin led her to beauty school during the pandemic, where she connected with others facing similar struggles, turning her passion into a career.

Initially starting as an esthetician, Gabby quickly became known for her exceptional neck and shoulder massages, which clients praised as the highlight of their facials. Her curiosity and desire to enhance the client experience inspired her to expand her skill set, leading her to pursue massage therapy at Cortiva Institute. Today, Gabby seamlessly integrates both disciplines, offering a deeply restorative and comprehensive approach to wellness.

With three years of experience as an esthetician and two years as a massage therapist, Gabby specializes in deep tissue and Myofascial massage with a holistic approach to massage that focuses on releasing tension and facilitating both physical and emotional well-being.

Gabby’s educational background includes a double Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Film from the University of Tampa, a 720-hour Clinical Skincare program from the American Institute of Beauty (graduating with honors), and a 600-hour massage therapy program from Cortiva Institute. She is Dermaplane Pro Certified and Dermalogica Certified, continuously staying up-to-date with the latest trends through social media influencers, CEUs, and her passion for learning.

Beyond her professional life, Gabby is deeply involved in theater, having produced, written, directed, and starred in plays, and teaching theater to disabled adults at Theatre Exceptional. Her multifaceted talents and dedication to making a positive impact in people’s lives make her an invaluable member of the InnoVitale Spa team.

Melissa Gray’s journey to becoming a massage therapist has been shaped by a lifelong passion for helping others in diverse and meaningful ways. With a desire to support others on their wellness journey, Melissa was drawn to massage therapy after years of exploring different career paths, including dental assisting, 911 dispatching, and co-owning a top-rated Bed & Breakfast in Blue Ridge, GA. Each role shared a common thread—helping others in meaningful ways—and massage therapy became the perfect culmination of her dedication to self-care and wellness.

Melissa specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, and foot and leg treatments, especially for clients suffering from conditions like plantar fasciitis, which she has experienced personally. Her ability to relieve pain and improve mobility makes her treatments both powerful and transformative. She’s also a member of the American Massage Therapist Association, staying current on the latest industry trends.

Drawn to InnoVitale Spa's focus on women’s wellness, Melissa looks forward to contributing to the positive, caring atmosphere that the spa is known for. Outside of work, you can find her collecting seashells at the beach, reflecting on her days as a backyard beekeeper, or remembering her adventures as a former private pilot. Fun fact: Melissa also wrote a guide on menopause available on Kindle, further showcasing her commitment to holistic health.

Hazel’s journey into massage therapy is a tapestry woven from family legacy, personal experience, and a deep desire to help others heal—making her the perfect addition to the InnoVitale Spa team. Inspired by her mother, a massage therapist in Los Angeles during the '80s, Hazel was taught the fundamentals of massage when she was just 11. While her mom left the profession, Hazel took her mother’s lessons to heart, eventually pursuing her own path in the field. What started as a natural talent blossomed into a rewarding career, and Hazel truly fell in love with massage therapy during her formal training.

With 7 years of experience in the wellness industry, Hazel has honed her skills at renowned establishments such as Oak House Day Spa, Massage Luxe, and Thank You Mama, where she worked with a variety of clients. She specializes in prenatal, myofascial, reiki, trigger point therapies, and hot stone massage. Hazel's enthusiasm for learning means she’s always expanding her expertise, with plans to delve into cupping, pediatric massage, and reflexology.

Outside of her professional life, Hazel is a craft enthusiast, always busy sewing, crocheting, sculpting, or reading. She’s also a proud mom to a little black cat named Toothless, who brings joy to her life. A lover of the arts, Hazel has been singing since she was six and enjoys all things theater and performing. She’s also a self-professed geek, with a love for Disney, Star Wars, comic books, and video games, making her someone you can easily connect with over shared interests! Hazel's genuine love for people and her craft, combined with her diverse talents, make her a perfect fit for our team at InnoVitale Spa.

Elena’s journey to becoming a massage therapist was anything but conventional. With a background in architecture, she began her career in Los Angeles, where she earned a BFA in Architecture, Landscape, and Interiors. Elena’s time in the field, however, left her feeling unfulfilled. Her love for structure and design shifted from buildings to bodies, as she discovered that the true fulfillment she sought came from helping people heal through touch. “From the structure of the building to the structure of the body!” Elena now sees the connection between these two disciplines as she applies her attention to detail and understanding of form to her work as a massage therapist.

Elena began her formal training at Cortiva Institute in May 2019, and after navigating the challenges of the pandemic, she earned her massage license and immediately began diving deeper into the craft. With certifications in Medical Massage, Cupping, and Lomi Lomi massage, Elena has built a solid foundation. Her specialty lies in using an array of techniques—ranging from Reflexology to Myofascial Release and Cupping—to tailor her treatments for each client’s individual needs. What Elena enjoys most about working with clients is the opportunity to form lasting relationships, especially with locals, and the ability to track progress over time.

Outside of her professional life, Elena is a proud mom to her son and two cats—Ragdoll and Tortie—who represent the yin and yang of her home! She’s an avid nature lover who enjoys hiking and exploring the beauty of Florida’s springs. A lover of music, arts, and nature, Elena embraces a holistic approach to life and healing.

Faith’s path to massage therapy began right after high school, driven by her love for working with her hands and a deep desire to use physical touch to heal both the body and the mind. A natural learner, Faith has always been fascinated by the countless techniques and modalities within massage therapy, and she finds joy in continually exploring new approaches.

A graduate of Cortiva Institute, Faith has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for four years, specializing in oncology massage and therapeutic bodywork. She is passionate about using her skills to help others feel better physically and emotionally, especially when clients experience their first massage. Witnessing the transformation from discomfort to relief is what truly fuels her dedication to the craft.

Faith is always expanding her knowledge, staying connected with fellow therapists and reading resources like Massage and Bodywork Magazine to keep up with the latest advancements in the field. Her therapeutic massages are known for their ability to provide both mental and physical relief, making a profound difference in her clients’ lives.

Outside of her work, Faith is an avid traveler who enjoys staying active through hiking, running, and hitting the gym. Her love for music is equally strong, as she collects records, sings, and plays the guitar. She’s also a proud cat mom to a beloved feline named Sugarplum. Faith’s heart is divided between her home in St. Petersburg and her special place in Wales, where she spends time with her loved ones, balancing her work and passions.

With nearly 13 years of experience as a massage therapist, Ashlee brings a deep passion for healing and a wealth of expertise to InnoVitale Spa. From a young age, she was drawn to energy work and the idea of helping others feel their best—so when someone suggested she pursue massage therapy, it was an instant aha moment. Within a month, she was enrolled in massage school, and she hasn’t looked back since.

Ashlee is highly skilled in therapeutic massage, specializing in deeper, detailed bodywork that targets specific areas of tension while still maintaining a deeply relaxing experience. She seamlessly incorporates techniques like hot stones, Reiki, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Cupping, Ayurvedic massage, and Prenatal massage into her sessions, helping clients achieve relief and restoration on their own terms. Her approach focuses on encouraging the body to relax naturally rather than relying on brute force—a philosophy her loyal clients deeply appreciate.

Beyond massage, Ashlee’s passion for holistic wellness extends into other areas of healing. She is currently training to become a death doula, a path that aligns with her lifelong calling to provide comfort and care to others. She also stays at the forefront of the industry by continuously learning new techniques, inspired by the unique needs of her clients.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Ashlee is an adventurer at heart and mom to an amazing 14 year old and two cats! She loves spending time outdoors - hiking, camping, kayaking—and is the founder of Meeting of the Collective Mind, a spiritual and wellness-oriented camping retreat that fosters a safe, inclusive community. Creativity fuels her soul, and she finds joy in music, painting, writing, and DIY projects, often crafting unique art pieces for her events.

Rita Perez brings over 25 years of experience and passion to InnoVitale Spa as a skilled nail technician. Following in her mother's footsteps as a cosmetologist and instructor, Rita naturally found her place in the beauty industry. Her journey began with a Florida Nail Specialist license, later advancing to a full cosmetology license. For the past 10 years, she has also shared her knowledge as a nail instructor, helping students achieve their goals in an industry she loves.

Rita specializes in structured gel manicures, natural nail care, and pedicures, including callous treatments and diabetic nail care. Using specialized tools, she achieves the precision of Russian manicures without invasive cutting, always staying within Florida state regulations. Her commitment to excellence and staying current on new techniques through research and trade shows ensures her clients receive the best care.

Rita loves seeing her clients’ confidence grow from having beautifully manicured nails and takes pride in educating them on proper home care. Originally from Long Island, NY, she has called Florida home for over 30 years and recently moved to St. Petersburg. Outside the spa, the beach is her oasis, and while she no longer rides, her love for motorcycles—particularly from her Harley-riding days—still remains.

TaShae Brown’s journey into the beauty and wellness industry stems from a lifelong passion for self-expression and helping others feel their best. Inspired by the transformative power of beauty routines, TaShae has been dedicated to uplifting others through manicures, facials, and nail art that not only enhances appearance but boosts confidence and well-being.

As a graduate of the American Institute of Beauty with a Full Specialist licensure, TaShae brings a fresh, creative approach to her work, specializing in manicures, pedicures, builder gel applications, facials, and waxing. Kendra Marlett is a skilled nail technician, with a deep passion for the beauty industry that started when she was a child. Growing up, she loved joining her mom at hair and nail appointments, captivated by the atmosphere of the spa. After graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2005 as a full specialist (Esthetician and Nail Technician), Kendra’s career took her to some of the area's most prestigious spas, including Tranquility Wellness Spa and Spa Oceana at the Don CeSar Hotel. These high-end experiences allowed her to perfect her craft and develop a refined skill set in skincare and nails.

Kendra specializes in providing relaxing pedicures, incorporating fine details to ensure each client feels truly pampered. She stays up-to-date with the latest nail trends through social media feeds and by connecting with fellow professionals, always striving to improve her techniques.

What she loves most about her work is the ability to make someone's day better, whether helping them unwind or preparing for a special occasion. Originally from Ohio, Kendra has lived in St. Petersburg for many years, where she enjoys making jewelry and spending time with her black cat, Kitten.

Kristina joins InnoVitale Spa as a dedicated Spa Concierge, bringing a passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to helping guests feel their best. Her personal self-care journey began in her early twenties after experiencing health challenges, which sparked her desire to immerse herself in the wellness industry.

Since graduating from the Aveda Institute as an esthetician in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, in 2014, Kristina has worked at renowned spas like Aveda Spa in Chapel Hill, AJ's Hair and Make-Up in upstate New York, and Lotus Massage and Body Works in Hickory, NC.

Kristina is excited to join the InnoVitale team. She is drawn to the spa’s supportive, inclusive environment and dedication to enhancing the guest experience. With a background as both a facial specialist and spa receptionist, she is passionate about staying current on the latest treatments and ingredients, often educating guests on how to care for their skin at home. Kristina values InnoVitale’s celebration of healthy beauty standards and body positivity, which align with her personal beliefs.

In her free time, Kristina enjoys gardening and creating backyard projects, as well as roller skating at the St. Pete Pier. She looks forward to being part of the exciting new services offered at InnoVitale Spa and continuing to support guests on their wellness journeys.

Grace Sawaya, brings over 33 years of experience in sales and customer service, primarily in the public utility industry. Her experience taught her how to thrive in high-pressure environments, advocate for clients, and easily navigate diverse personalities. Even during some of the toughest moments -like working 12-hour days through snowstorms - Grace's resilience and dedication allowed her to succeed and deliver exceptional service.

After retiring from the utilities industry and moving to Florida, Grace worked part-time at TJ Maxx and Casa di Mazzaro, both of which gave her an opportunity to connect with people in a more personal and fulfilling way. This shift ultimately led her to InnoVitale Spa, where she immediately resonated with the kind, welcoming energy of Sinead and was eager to bring her extensive customer service expertise to a new, soul-enhancing environment.

An Italian with a love for cooking and entertaining, Grace enjoys sharing meals with her family, especially her mom and two brothers in Clearwater. She finds joy in decorating her home, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with her 16-month-old pup Stella, a Chi mixed with Beagle.

Grace is excited to contribute to the warm and positive atmosphere at InnoVitale Spa, where she can help clients feel truly cared for and live their best lives.

Chelsea Wallace is excited to bring her extensive experience to InnoVitale Spa as our Partnership Lead and an Executive Assistant to Sinead Norenius. A Tampa Bay native from Dunedin/Palm Harbor, Chelsea has a rich background in supporting diverse organizations, including nearly a decade working with nonprofits, startups, and small businesses. Notably, she served as the lead administrator for a Techstars-backed pre-seed startup in the floriculture industry, where she played a crucial role in generating over $1 million in annual GMV and enhancing sustainability and efficiency across a complex supply network. In addition, Chelsea has provided executive assistance to successful real estate firms, holistic homeschool programs in Kauai, and a St. Petersburg-based non-profit, "The Edible Peace Patch," which creates educational gardens to inspire local and at-risk youth.

Chelsea’s commitment to holistic wellness and sustainability drives her passion for the spa and wellness industry. Her degree in Sustainability Management and her dedication to environmental stewardship complement InnoVitale Spa’s mission to promote whole-body health. She is particularly excited about joining InnoVitale Spa because of its focus on women’s perimenopausal / menopausal health and the opportunity to contribute to a community-centered, women-owned business.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, practicing yoga, and exploring the beautiful city of St. Petersburg. She is eager to support our vision and make a positive impact in the realm of wellness and women’s health.
