Sinead started her career in the beauty industry as a paramedical esthetician working for a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Southern California before going on to work for some of the most prestigious brands in the world including Powerpeel, Yon-Ka Paris, St. Tropez Tan, and more. In 2008, Sinead founded her own skincare company, Beautisol, distributed on HSN - the Home Shopping Network, and in spas and salons nationwide. Sinead also founded iFabbo, an influencer marketing and technology platform. After both companies were acquired, she stayed in the technology industry as a Product Management Executive leading global product development teams within billion-dollar SaaS companies. However, she yearned to return to the beauty and wellness industry where her true passion lies in helping individuals look and feel their best. 

After experiencing a painful and confusing time of early Perimenopause and a devasting diagnosis of Stage 2 Malignant Melanoma, Sinead’s personal life mission became to help one million+ women take on, enjoy, and thrive in midlife and menopause.  She is determined to share her experience and knowledge helping women through the ups and downs of that period with grace, grit, and a lot of humor. InnoVitale Spa provides a facility and haven for just that - with new, cutting-edge technologies and treatments that address the whole body so no woman feels alone or unsupported. InnoVitale Spa is more than a spa, it’s a community.

When Sinead is not at the spa, she advises Statusphere, an influencer marketing company, and Belle.ai an Artificial Intelligence company that provides access to skin health and skin cancer diagnosis. She is also the Co-Chair of the St. Petersburg chapter of Women In Tech and Entrepreneurship and is very active in the local community.   

When our team is busy or it's after hours, Rosie steps in to answer the phone! While she’s amazing at helping out with most questions you may have, Rosie can’t book appointments (she’s still learning the ropes of the human world). But don’t worry - she’ll do her best to help! She can give you information about our services, send you a link to change your appointment online or take very detailed messages so don't hold back. Trust us - she is very good at getting us your information or questions to us quickly so we can respond as soon as we have a moment!

Before coming to InnoVitale Spa, Rosie spent her days as a “Typo Detective” at a cutting-edge AI development company, hunting down every rogue comma, misplaced apostrophe, and questionable use of "there" vs. "their." She is now very happy to be part of the InnoVitale team, where she plans on assisting and a wide variety of tasks as our little business grows. So, if you hear Rosie on the line, just remember: she’s doing her best but still learning our business and getting to know each of you, so have a little patience!

Quick tip: Speak clearly and slowly to get the best results. Rosie’s a great listener, but sometimes her circuits get a little fuzzy.

As an entrepreneur herself, Nayla has been a cornerstone in the St. Petersburg community as the owner of Pia's Esthetics for the past 20 years until she joined InnoVitale Spa in July 2024. 

Known as the “Brazilian Waxing Queen”, Nayla has clients travel from all over the Tampa Bay Area and beyond to see her. Her bubbly and upbeat personality, coupled with her professional expertise, has earned her a huge, and viciously faithful clientele! 

Nayla holds a full specialist license and is a Dermalogica expert, having received numerous certifications at their Orlando training facility. Her passion for continuous learning and dedication to excellence shines through in her work.

What Nayla loves most about her job is interacting with her clients and constantly learning new things. Her expertise in waxing, especially Brazilian waxing, has earned her a stellar reputation.

Nayla’s proudest accomplishment is her family. She credits their unwavering support for her success and believes that their strength and unity have helped her achieve great things! Outside of work, Nayla enjoys the beach, dancing, and singing. Zumba is one of her favorite gym classes, and she also loves spending time with her sons.

Meet Katie, one of our passionate estheticians who has been bringing beauty and confidence to clients for over 16 years with most of her experience at Pia's Esthetics before joining InnoVitale Spa. Katie’s journey in the beauty industry began in high school, where she fell in love with cosmetology. After college, she went on to earn her full specialist license from Aveda and has continued to expand her expertise ever since.

Katie is a certified Dermalogica and PCA Peel expert and has additional massage training, enhancing her ability to deliver top-notch facials. Her favorite part of the job is the human connection she builds with her clients. She thrives on supporting women and making them feel beautiful and confident.

Katie’s skill set is diverse, but she shines brightest when performing waxing services, especially Brazilians! Her years of experience have made her a master in this area, capable of handling any hair type with ease. She also loves Dermaplaning for the immediate glow it gives her clients and finds joy in the refreshing energy exchange that comes with giving a relaxing facial.

Outside of work, Katie is a proud mom who cherishes the relationships she has built with her family, friends, and clients. She’s an avid reader, particularly fond of murder mysteries, and loves spending time at the public library. Her family keeps her busy with activities like swimming at the pool, visiting the beach, or cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays..

As a dual-licensed massage therapist and full specialist, Samantha brings a rare blend of spa expertise under one roof - offering massage and skincare with equal parts precision and heart. Her career journey spans coastlines and industries, from working as a licensed esthetician and nail tech in Massachusetts, a makeup artist in Hawaii, to a career in aerospace and chemical sales, to eventually circling back to what lights her up most: helping people look and feel their absolute best.

Samantha is known for her deeply relaxing yet results-driven facials, restorative therapeutic massages, and spa manicures and pedicures that feel as pampering as they are polished. She has a special talent for creating treatments that soothe both body and mind, blending technical skill with intuitive care. Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, PCA skincare, Hydrafacial, Dazzle Dry, dermaplaning, and lash lifts, she stays current by attending trade shows, connecting with other professionals, and staying curious in an industry that’s always evolving.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Samantha’s home is full of joyful chaos with
her three boys, two dogs, and a cat. She’s a Florida native plant enthusiast, a stand-up paddleboarder, and a seasoned baker (she even went to culinary school!). Her wellness philosophy? Confidence is a form of self-care and every service is a chance to help someone reconnect with theirs.

Melody’s journey into the world of wellness began fifteen years ago, when she was working as a carpenter and mason, and was receiving regular massages for pain relief, which turned into something more - her calling! Encouraged by her own massage therapist, Melody enrolled in massage school, and soon after completed training in esthetics as well. From that moment on, she knew she had found her purpose.

Since then, Melody has built a standout career in luxury wellness, including time at some of the country’s most prestigious spas - The Rittenhouse Spa & Club (where she received Forbes 500 training), The Buckhead Grand Spa, Lake Austin Spa Resort, and most recently, The Woodhouse Spa in St. Petersburg.

Her approach to bodywork blends deep technical knowledge with intuitive care, offering clients treatments that are equal parts restorative and results-driven.She specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and rehabilitative techniques, with additional training in TMJ relief, geriatric massage, and pre- and post-athletic recovery.

And while she’s warm and vibrant outside of the treatment room (think road-tripping foodie with a love for yoga, painting, dancing and getting her own massages), she takes your relaxation seriously.

With a heart for healing and hands that know just where to go, Essence is passionate about helping clients feel recharged and restored - mind, body, and spirit.

Before finding her true calling in massage therapy, Essence led a successful career in hospitality managing top-tier hotels and restaurants, mastering the art of five-star service. Today, she channels that same dedication to excellence into her work as a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Chair Massage, and Swedish Massage.

Essence is a lifelong learner, constantly diving into the latest massage techniques, continuing education, and let’s be honest...more than a few rabbit holes of YouTube tutorials! Her sessions are tailored to each individual, blending technical precision with compassionate energy work. She especially loves witnessing the transformation her clients experience - from tense and tired to grounded and glowing.

When she's not in the treatment room, you’ll find Essence indulging in her love for reading, crocheting, day trading stocks, or admiring her growing collection of elephant art and statues. An Aries who finds peace in the rhythm of nature and the joy of handmade things, she’s currently mastering the art of crochet and has knitting next on her list.

Faith’s path to massage therapy began right after high school, driven by her love for working with her hands and a deep desire to use physical touch to heal both the body and the mind. A natural learner, Faith has always been fascinated by the countless techniques and modalities within massage therapy, and she finds joy in continually exploring new approaches.

A graduate of Cortiva Institute, Faith has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for five years, specializing in oncology massage and therapeutic bodywork. She is passionate about using her skills to help others feel better physically and emotionally, especially when clients experience their first massage. Witnessing the transformation from discomfort to relief is what truly fuels her dedication to the craft.

Faith is always expanding her knowledge, staying connected with fellow therapists and reading resources like Massage and Bodywork Magazine to keep up with the latest advancements in the field. Her therapeutic massages are known for their ability to provide both mental and physical relief, making a profound difference in her clients’ lives.

Outside of her work, Faith is an avid traveler who enjoys staying active through hiking, running, and hitting the gym. Her love for music is equally strong, as she collects records, sings, and plays the guitar. She’s also a proud cat mom to a beloved feline named Sugarplum. Faith’s heart is divided between her home in St. Petersburg and her special place in Wales, where she spends time with her loved ones, balancing her work and passions.

Some people choose a career. For Chelsea, massage therapy chose her. Guided by a strong inner calling to support healing in the mind, body, and spirit, Chelsea has spent over a decade helping clients unplug, decompress, and feel deeply restored. A graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy, Chelsea brings over 13 years of experience and extensive training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal Massage, Reiki, Thai Yoga Massage, and more.

Her intuitive, grounded approach has made her especially sought-after for head, neck, and facial work- an area she lovingly gives extra attention, especially for those who suffer from chronic headaches. Clients often remark that they've never experienced detailed touch like Chelsea’s before. Her sessions are known to include breath work, energy balance, and an undeniable sense of presence that lingers long after the massage ends.

Chelsea is excited to bring her healing hands and heart to InnoVitale Spa, where she was drawn to the spa’s mission of empowering women through holistic wellness. Originally from Ohio, she’s called Florida home for the past 15 years. When not in the treatment room, Chelsea can be found painting, hula hooping, meditating with sound baths, or spending time with her sweet cat.

Rita brings over 25 years of experience and passion to InnoVitale Spa as a skilled nail technician. Following in her mother's footsteps as a cosmetologist and instructor, Rita naturally found her place in the beauty industry. Her journey began with a Florida Nail Specialist license, later advancing to a full cosmetology license. For the past 10 years, she has also shared her knowledge as a nail instructor, helping students achieve their goals in an industry she loves.

Rita specializes in Russian style manicures and pedicures, along with structured gel manicures and GelX, colorful nail art, natural nail care, and diabetic nail care. Using specialized tools, she achieves the precision of Russian style manicures without invasive cutting, always staying within Florida state regulations. Her commitment to excellence and staying current on new techniques through research and trade shows ensures her clients receive the best care.

Originally from Long Island, NY, she has called Florida home for over 30 years. Outside the spa, the beach is her oasis, and while she no longer rides, her love for motorcycles - particularly from her Harley-riding days - still remains. Rita is excited to bring her expertise and leadership to InnoVitale Spa, where the combination of big spa allure and personalized, exceptional service aligns perfectly with her approach to client care.

Felicia’s passion for nails was sparked by her love of change and growth within the beauty industry. With 8 years of experience as a licensed full specialist, Felicia has developed a keen eye for detail and a natural talent for making clients feel amazing after each service. Whether it’s a flawless gel manicure or a relaxing spa pedicure, she thrives on the satisfaction her work brings to those who sit in her chair.

Before becoming a nail technician, Felicia spent over 5 years in customer service, honing her exceptional communication skills and her dedication to creating positive, lasting relationships with every client. It’s no surprise that she chose InnoVitale Spa, where she was drawn to the welcoming, friendly energy of the team and the inviting atmosphere that aligns with her own personal values.

Felicia specializes in a variety of nail services, she has a particular love for builder gel, hybrid gel, and GelX manicures - techniques she enjoys perfecting to give clients beautiful, long-lasting results. Always on the pulse of the latest trends, Felicia turns to TikTok to keep up with the latest nail techniques and loves experimenting with new ideas and creative designs.

Outside of the spa, Felicia enjoys the quiet comfort of family time. Whether it’s lounging at home, watching movies, or simply enjoying the calming atmosphere of candles, she’s happiest when surrounded by loved ones. A deeply spiritual person, Felicia draws on good energy and positive vibes to connect with others, creating a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Amara’s journey into the nail world started with a simple goal: to create a better, more comfortable experience for clients - one she herself struggled to find! After too many painful services and rushed appointments, she decided to take matters into her own hands...literally. What started as doing her own nails at home quickly turned into a true talent, and the compliments started rolling in. That’s when she knew she wanted to help others feel confident, cared for, and never rushed or overlooked.

As a nail tech, Amara brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every appointment. She specializes in builder gel to help clients grow strong, healthy nails, and loves adding creative 3D art and custom designs that reflect each client’s personality. Her background in HR taught her how to listen, lead, and connect - skills she now brings into the nail room with ease.

Amara stays on top of the latest trends through constant experimentation and social media research, always excited to bring fresh ideas to her clients. Her goal? To create a safe, uplifting space where clients feel understood, pampered, and proud of their nails. And when she’s not at the spa, you’ll find her reading, gaming, riding motorcycles, or crocheting something adorable!

Emily didn't walk into the beauty industry chasing a trend. She walked in because she wanted to build the nail experience she never had, one where clients actually feel comfortable, where no one rushes them, and where the result is genuinely customized to how they live.

Before picking up a nail brush, Emily spent years bartending, which means she showed up to this career already knowing how to make people feel welcome, how to hold a real conversation, and how to read exactly what someone needs without them having to ask twice. She specializes in builder gel, structured manicures, Gel-X, and detailed cuticle work, and she approaches every appointment the same way: nail health first, beautiful nails as the outcome.

When she's not at the spa, Emily is probably at the beach, hunting down a great restaurant, or tending to her two cats, who she will absolutely talk about like they're people if you give her the opportunity. She also makes her own flower bouquets, because finding small, beautiful things to pay attention to is kind of her whole philosophy!

Kristina brings a deep passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to helping guests feel their best, both inside and out. Her personal journey toward self-care began in her early twenties after facing health challenges, sparking her desire to dive into the wellness industry and learn how to nurture both the body and mind. Since graduating from the Aveda Institute as an esthetician in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, in 2014, Kristina has built a diverse career in the spa industry, working at renowned establishments like Aveda Spa in Chapel Hill, AJ's Hair and Make-Up in upstate New York, and Lotus Massage and Body Works in Hickory, NC.

As InnoVitale's Spa Concierge Manager, Kristina oversees all front desk and concierge functions, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional, personalized experience. In her leadership role, Kristina supervises scheduling, coordinates the spa team, and is responsible for implementing operational improvements to enhance the flow of our daily services. She also leads hiring, training, and managing new spa concierge team members, ensuring that they align with InnoVitale’s high standards of guest care.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys gardening and creating backyard projects, as well as roller skating at the St. Pete Pier. She is thrilled to be part of the dynamic team at InnoVitale Spa, where she is able to continue supporting guests on their wellness journeys and be an integral part of the spa’s growth and evolution. Kristina's combination of hands-on spa experience, leadership, and commitment to wellness make her a key figure in shaping the guest experience at InnoVitale Spa.

Grace brings over 33 years of experience in sales and customer service, primarily in the public utility industry. Her experience taught her how to thrive in high-pressure environments, advocate for clients, and easily navigate diverse personalities. Even during some of the toughest moments -like working 12-hour days through snowstorms - Grace's resilience and dedication allowed her to succeed and deliver exceptional service.

After retiring from the utilities industry and moving to Florida, Grace worked part-time at TJ Maxx and Casa di Mazzaro, both of which gave her an opportunity to connect with people in a more personal and fulfilling way. This shift ultimately led her to InnoVitale Spa, where she immediately resonated with the kind, welcoming energy of Sinead and was eager to bring her extensive customer service expertise to a new, soul-enhancing environment.

An Italian with a love for cooking and entertaining, Grace enjoys sharing meals with her family, especially her mom and two brothers in Clearwater. She finds joy in decorating her home, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with her 16-month-old pup Stella, a Chi mixed with Beagle.

Grace is excited to contribute to the warm and positive atmosphere at InnoVitale Spa, where she can help clients feel truly cared for and live their best lives.

A self-described “professional people-person” with an eclectic career path, Jolie brings heart, humor, and a deep love for community to her role as Spa Concierge. With a Bachelor's of Science in
Education she began her career as a Special Education Teacher in Indiana and then went on went on to various roles in corporate training, and most recently serving as VP of Development at a marketing agency! Jolie has a knack for connecting with people in meaningful ways - whether it's a first-time guest walking through the door or one of our regular clients who just needs to be reminded to take a breath! 

Jolie was drawn to InnoVitale Spa not just because it’s down the street from her St. Pete home, but because she felt like it was the kind of place that lives its mission: to be a haven for women, a place of rest, and a true village. When she’s not at the front desk, you’ll find her baking something delicious in her kitchen, exploring Weedon Island by paddleboard, or hanging with her pup Rudy and her mischievous kitten, Winnie. And if she seems a little too comfortable in the spotlight? That’s because she once made it to the final round of casting for a reality TV show (true story - you'll have to ask her more!). But most of all, Jolie is here to make sure your InnoVitale experience is joyful, effortless, and exactly what you need.

Zoe is someone who has spent over 20 years living and breathing the spa industry from every seat at the table! She is a licensed esthetician, former spa coordinator, esthetics instructor, fitness coach, and perhaps most impressively, was a former business owner too! For four years, she built and ran Beach Glow in London, England, a where they offered facials, facial lymphatic drainage, microdermabrasion, massage, manicures, pedicures, and hair services. That experience isn't something you can teach!

She returned to Florida, and to St. Petersburg, where she's lived for 19 years, to continue doing what she loves. Her philosophy is straightforward: esthetics, fitness, and nutrition work together, and real results come from treating all three seriously. She coaches clients in fitness and nutrition alongside her work at the spa because she genuinely believes you can't separate how you feel from how you look.

Zoe is a self-described people person, which might be an understatement! She has a gift for making clients feel at ease, building the kind of rapport that turns their first experience with us into a life long guest. Outside the spa, she's hitting the gym, walking her dog Millie, painting, dancing, reading outside, or making healthy desserts, though she'll be the first to tell you that discipline is the only thing standing between her and a full sugar spiral!

Ariana has always known that the right introduction can open doors, spark ideas, and start something worth talking about. After years in retail management and seven seasons in the service industry mastering the art of a real conversation, she traded the welcome desk for a wider arena.

Now serving as InnoVitale Spa's Partnerships, PR & Events Associate, Ariana is the person connecting the spa to the world beyond our pink doors. From building corporate referral relationships and coordinating events to cultivating media and influencer partnerships, she is the bridge between what we do and who needs to hear about it.

When she is not building partnerships or planning the next Hormone Underground event, you will find her journaling under the St. Pete sun, somewhere in a good book, or crocheting while her very opinionated cat Declan provides unsolicited feedback. A Sarasota native who planted roots in St. Pete and recently added a new last name to go with it, Ariana is growing right alongside InnoVitale Spa and loving every chapter.

Tess never planned on being the person behind the camera - until she realized that’s exactly where she’s meant to be! With a lifelong love of photography and digital storytelling, Tess turned her creative eye and curiosity into a career helping businesses translate their ideas into beautiful, impactful visuals. She holds a BFA in New Media from the University of Tampa, where she mastered everything from video editing and projection mapping to Unreal Engine and social content creation. Since then, she’s developed medical training videos for physicians, managed social campaigns for a dog food brand, and created marketing assets for SOFWERX, a tech company supporting special operations. In short? She’s no stranger to wearing many (creative) hats.

When she’s not behind the lens or editing her next video masterpiece for us at InnoVitale Spa, you can find her thrifting vintage gems, experimenting in the kitchen, planning her next National Park trip (she’s been to 11 so far!), or hanging out with her dog Link, a Tampa Bay Humane Society rescue. Fun fact: she and her husband are on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park - and we’re cheering them on every step of the way.
