Well the short story is that Nayla Desalvo decided not to continue as a franchise of Pia's Esthetics and sell the business to Sinead Norenius. Sinead met Nayla earlier in 2024 and immediately knew there was something special about Nayla, her team and the business she had grown in the St Pete community for nearly 20 years! After the sale of the business, Sinead rebranded as InnoVitale Spa and also updated and renovated the space.
While Nayla and the team stayed on board, Nayla is also ramping up her real estate career which is incredibly exciting!
